By profession an engineering designer Louis O'Toole has been drawing in pencil since 1970 and painting in watercolour over the past three years. A keen outdoors person his inspiration is the Kerry mountains and landscape. A highly acclaimed first solo exhibition of his work was shown at the Frank Lewis Gallery in September '93.
